Fight Card 3-23-11: Biz Nasty Doubleheader

Ryan Reaves vs. Paul Bissonnette
Just under the 18:00 minute mark of the first the Ryan “You KNOW I’m Mike Singletary, Right?” Reaves and Paul “Biz Naaaaasty” Bissonnette exchanged a quick haymaker outburst. Ryan goes down quick, but it sure looked like he lost his balance. He landed the first whack and Biz countered for the draw. The take down gives Bissonnette a slight edge.
Tyson Strachan vs. Paul Bissonnette
Less than three minutes in to the second period, Biz Nasty puts a big, but clean, hit on Blues defenseman Roman Polak. Tyson Strachan, concussed in his last fight, “answered the bell”. Tyson is lucky his bell wasn’t rung clean a second time. Kudos for the effort, but color me in impressed with fights after legal hits that don’t injury someone.

Man, Strachan can’t get a break from you or Dave R! Guy shows heart, steps up to a hit that may have been clean but it was still by the boards and still gets hammered by the press.
I’ll also point out that BizNasty went after Reaves after a CLEAN hit. I don’t see you guys taking him to task.
