Nashville Claims Svatos

How will we remember the Marek Svatos era in St. Louis?

Most won’t.

About 24 hours after signing with the Blues the former Colorado Avalanche winger was claimed off of waivers by the Nashville Predators.

The Central Division rival is also plagued by injuries and needs goal scoring help. The Preds are currently without top scorer Steve Sullivan as well as Mike Lombardi and Martin Erat.

While Blues fans are right to be upset, know that Army and JD would have done the same to Nashville had they signed Svatos.

Guess they need someone to take Tootoo’s spot too…
