Strachan Recalled from Peoria

Per Dave Eminian at the Peoria Star Journal, the Blues have recalled Defensemen Tyson Strachan for tonight’s game in Nashville.

In 65 games with the AHL Peoria Rivermen this season Strachan has 5 goals, 21 assists, Minus-7 Rating with 75 PIMs.

In 7 NHL games this season Strachan has 2 assists, Plus-3 Rating, 4 PIMs in 13:29 ATOI.

Not quite sure who will not dress tonight. Could be Daryl Sydor, Carlo Colaiacovo, or Jonas Junland. The Blues had four left handed defensemen dressed last night. This could be an effort to equal the handedness at three and three. Junland and Strachan played together as a defensive pair in Peoria. I would guess that those two are paired for Saturday’s game in Nashville.
