Tyler Love Named Goalie Consultant
When Ed Belfour resigned as the Blues goaltending consultant just a week ago, questions arose on who would replace him. The Blues lacked someone who could reside on the bench and help the goaltenders during the game since Rick Wamsley took over as head coach of the Peoria Rivermen.

Tyler Love
Chris Mason brought up the name Tyler Love and left it up to the coaches and management to make the decision.
The coaches obviously agreed with Mason as they have named Tyler Love the newest Goalie Consultant of the St. Louis Blues.
Love has had extensive work with NHL goaltenders including Chris Mason, Montreal Canadien goaltender, Carey Price, and Phoenix Coyotes goaltender, Jason LaBarbera.
Love is an instructor and a co-owner of the World Pro Goaltending School in Calgary, Alberta. He has most recently been the goaltending coach of the Portland Winterhawks.
Love has been helping train goaltenders for more than a decade at the World Pro Goaltending school and has helped develop goaltender from beginners to pro goaltenders.
He’ll work with Chris Mason and Ty Conklin in St. Louis.
